Returns and Refunds Overview

 

*All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund or exchange.

*All refunds may exclude return shipping fees and/or 15% restocking fee.

*Make sure RMA# is written clearly on your returning package(s).

*No fee will be required for returning items that are not as described, or deemed defective by our team.

 

Non-Custom Items are return eligible 30 days from order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Restrictions may apply.

 

Some Custom Items may be eligible for refurbishment ,replacement and/or free inspection up to 365 Days after purchase. Please contact us for additional information on extended warranty that may exist for our products. Restrictions may apply.

 

Several items are exempt from return eligibility – Please see specific items below.

  • Custom Coded Lock Boxes (SKU’s – AGP&W,PBG&W)
  • Non-Standard “Kwikset Style’’ Keys 
  • “Kwikset Style” Keys – Exclusions May Apply
  • Stickers of Any Kind (Including Toilet Wrap)
  • Tape – Winterized, Etc.
  • Face Masks and/or Sanitization Products
  • Clearance or Sale Items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and subsequent action of refund or exchange.

 

After notification, your refund will be processed by a credit to be applied to your original method of payment, or replacement item(s) issued. If a return expected to warrant a full refund is deemed non-defective, or by no fault of the product manufacturing process – your refund may be delayed or adjusted.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Please review previous and current debit transactions & statements on your original payment method.

If a refund does not appear on these statements after notification of such from us – Please contact us, so that we may promptly issue your refund.
