Shipping & Lead Time Policies Overview
*Our preferred shipping method(s) are UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground, and USPS Priority Mail & First Class.
*Enter and save your preferred shipping address prior to selecting your preferred shipping method.
*Most shipments will be packed and shipped within 1-Business Day of order placement.
*All shipments are considered COD – and should be monitored by you.
*Shipping carrier(s) may take photos for proof of delivery and/or your signature may be required.
We utilize all major shipping carriers to ensure the fewest amount of transit days possible, while offering the lowest possible shipping costs to you as our customer. Most orders received before 3pm EST will be processed for shipment the same day.
When using www.roperlock.com, you will receive an automated order alert upon placement of your order. Upon shipment, you will receive an additional shipping notification that will include your tracking and shipment status. When placing a manual order, ie. via phone or email, all tracking information will be attached directly to your invoice(.PDF), or remitted as a separate link by a member of our team.
Shipping Price Calculation – Automated Module
For calculating shipping costs, we utilize an automated shipping module which allows us to offer the best shipping cost using all major carriers, at a significant discount. When using the estimated shipping module at check-out, make sure you enter and save your preferred shipping address prior to selecting your preferred shipping method.
Shipping Exceptions and Extended Lead Times
Please Note – Items that require code setting, non-standard products,retro-fitted items, and items that require build assembly by our technicians, may not be eligible for same day shipping. Please be advised, some non-standard items may require up to 15 Business Days for Full Completion and remittance.
All Stated Lead times, and those proposed by our technicians and sales represenatives, are only estimates and should be treated as such.
Free Shipping
Orders over $1250.00 may be eligible for free shipping. Please note, this threshold does not include already discounted goods, and/or items specified as non-qualifying via item page or verbal note.
