Roper Lock Box, LLC, 7600 Olde Eight Road , Hudson , Ohio 44236 ( Roper) warrants to the original buyer of its Avanti Guardian Lock Box for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase that the products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover forgotten or incorrectly set combinations. Roper will, without charge to the buyer, replace any defective product returned by the original owner to Roper (at the buyers cost) at its facilities located at the above address within 1 year of the date of purchase. The foregoing warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or misuse. Roper does not warrant that this product cannot be broken into. Roper limits the duration of any legally implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Except to the extent that such limitation may be prohibited or limited by federal or state law, the foregoing repair/replacement remedy is the exclusive remedy for defects in products. In no event will Roper be liable for loss of use, lost profits, theft, property damage, or special, incidental, or consequential damages of any sort. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In the event any of the above limitations are held unenforceable, Roper’s liability for any damages to you or any party shall not exceed the purchase price you paid, regardless of the form of any claim. In no event may a claim of any sort be asserted against Roper more than one year after accrual of the claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by Roper Lock Box prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Any product found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. Credit cards will be credited as soon as defective material is received at Roper Lock Box, LLC for inspection. WE DO NOT CREDIT INCOMING FREIGHT CHARGES.



Roper Lock Box, LLC can repair broken or damaged Avanti/Guardian lock boxes. Please telephone us at 800-466-9312 and describe the problem to our Customer Service Representative for an estimate of the cost to repair. In some cases the cost of shipping and repair is more than the cost of a new component and we will advise you if replacement is applicable. If you forget or miss-set your combination, Avanti Guardian lockboxes can be opened by our locksmith. Please bear in mind that we are unable to open other brands of lock boxes or other brands of lids that may have been used in our key vaults. To easily identify our product look for the words Avanti and Guardian on the front of the box. If it doesn’t say both words, it’s not ours, and we will not be able to open it. If you find it is one of our boxes and would like to return it to be opened. Please be sure to enclose a note with a phone number if we need to contact you, the address you would like it returned to, and the three letter combination you would like it reset to. The charge for this service is $8.00 for each box and should be included in the form of a check or money order with the returned box.
